Five beers we brew year round. If it’s on the board, it’s fresh.
Anvil West Coast IPA
6.8%Bone-dry and unapologetically piney. Centennial and Simcoe stacked over a lean malt bill.
Ironside Stout
5.9%Silky oats, bitter cocoa, and a long espresso finish. Brewed for grey afternoons.
Rail Yard Pilsner
4.8%Decoction-mashed, lagered cold and long. Floral Saaz and a snappy, clean finish.
Foundry Amber
5.4%Toffee and toast from a deep crystal malt bill, balanced by an easy English bitterness.
Hopfield Hazy
6.2%Soft, pillowy, and loaded with Citra and Mosaic. Juice-forward without the sticky finish.
Cellar Reserve
9.5%Aged twelve months in bourbon barrels. Vanilla, dark fruit, and a warming finish. Limited.
